Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a nice V-day today, started off with little treats for the kids,

PINK cinnamon rolls (compliments of me :)

Beautiful flowers (compliments of Matthew)

Little heart cakes for each of the kiddos (again..that would be me)

and a Yummy breakfast, heart-shaped pancake and all (nope..NOT me, that would be Matthew...he likes cooking Sunday breakfast)
**side note for me to remember (this being a family journal and all)..The boys helped Matt pick out a gift for me and Matt told them that V-day was kind of a 'grown-up' holiday. When we got home from dinner last night, I told them that we needed to pick up the toys and get to bed so dad and I could put up some secret decorations. Well, that's when it hit Scott that we would have a little gift for him, so he immediately got out some paper and crayons and drew Matt and I a picture. He was so concerned with having a 'gift' for us. It was really sweet:) It's moments like this that make me think maybe we ARE teaching him good things:) He has always had such a tender disposition. We love you Bubbs!
