It's gone!! Yahoo!! Our first house is sold!! We signed papers Friday, wired money on Tuesday and the buyers signed yesterday! It should fund and record by tomorrow at the latest!! It's kind of sad to see it go (especially the large sum of money we had to come up with to see it go..) But it's worth it! No more HOA dues or utilities or anything!! Now we are the proud owners of ONE home! One normal mortgage, no adjusting rates, and our current home is still "fair market value" (for now atleast) I know it sounds dumb, but this was a huge decision for us to sell it and it took Forever and I'm just glad that it's all done and closed!
