I had a great Mother's Day! Matt and the kids made a delicious breakfast, the kids all picked out a charm for my Mother's bracelet and Matt got me a beautiful necklace & flowers, PLUS all the cute gifts that the kids made. Ok, looking at the bracelet from L to R, the circle bead has pearl hearts on it. Scott picked that one because "it has hearts and pearls (my birth stone) and it pulls the colors next to it". Drew picked the heart locket with a key because "when you unlock it, loves comes out" Jordy picked the kangaroo charm because "it has a baby in it's pouch and mommy had me in her belly, just like the kangaroo".
I thought it was sweet just how much thought my kids put into their charms for me. They were so excited to give them to me. Later that night we went to G-ma & G-pa Weavers for dinner and fun games. It was a great day! I love my family, and I'm thankful I get to be the mom.
